your culture is your brand, and
your brand is a reflection of
your culture. The two have
a symbiotic relationship and
thrive on each other. Great
culture creates iconic brands
like Disney, Apple, Shake Shack,
and Chick-fil-A. When you build
your culture, you build your
brand. How far do you want
to take yours? Good, great, or
legendary?
