Safer Roads Save Lives
Congressman Lou Barletta (R–Pa.) visited the DBi Services Road
Management Business Unit in Hazleton, Pa., on September 2. The
Congressman toured the Hazleton Interstate Road Marking Corp.
(IRM) facility and spoke about the transportation reauthorization bill
and how it affects the roadway safety infrastructure industry. Barletta
also answered questions from the personnel in attendance.
Barletta and his wife started the original Interstate Road Marking
Corp. in 1984 before selling it to Paul and Neal DeAngelo in 2000.
Since he was elected to Congress in 2010, Barletta has been an ardent
roadway safety champion and leader on issues affecting our industry.
