Stephen Musciano has been with Aramark Corporation for nearly 30 years, working

in some of the country’s most famous stadiums and arenas—from Mile High

Stadium to Giants Stadium—and he is currently serving as the General Manager

for PNC Park. With his extensive experience as a troubleshooter in the sports

and entertainment market, he has been responsible for creating conducive work

environments for employees, as well as successfully creating more profitable

accounts while retaining business through his leadership and client relationships.

Steve has served PRLA in numerous roles, such as co-chairman of the membership

committee, where he worked to drive membership and explore new membership

benefit opportunities.

Jim Gratton has worked for Marriott International for nearly 25 years, starting as the

front office manager of the Marco Island, Fla. hotel culminating to his current position

as area director of the Greater Philadelphia Area where he is responsible for 19 hotels

located in three states (Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey). Prior to his new role,

he was the general manager of the Philadelphia Downtown Courtyard—a 498-room

hotel located in the heart of Center City. Jim earned his bachelor’s degree in business

administration/hospitality management from James Madison University. He has been

active on the boards of numerous hospitality-related organizations including PRLA,

PTLA, Visit Philadelphia, and the JMU School of Hospitality Advisory Board.

Since joining the PJW family, Jim Fris has been responsible for establishing all

operations encompassing strategy, growth initiatives, profitability, purchasing,

marketing, and supportive corporate culture as the company’s Chief Operating

Officer. Under his tenure, PJW Restaurant Group has opened 10 new restaurants,

increased revenues by $45 million and created synergies with local sports teams,

The Wells Fargo Center, Comcast Sports Net, Temple University and many others. His

keen eye, unbridled enthusiasm and across the board standards for quality, service

and commitment to community has served him and the group well. He brought

more than 30 years of local and national leadership and hospitality management

experience to the family dinner table. He was formerly the vice president of Brock

and Company in Malvern, Pa. Prior to that, he served as district manager and director

of purchasing for the Phoenix-based Restaurant Dining Services.
