as the New Mexico Dental Foundation.
At the request of the NMDA leadership,
the Foundation Board voted in January
to change the DBA name to the New
Mexico Dental Association Foundation.
The NMDA leadership, at its Strategic
Planning Session in August 2014, felt that
the addition of “Association” to the DBA
name would better reflect the fact that
the Foundation is the charitable arm of the
Dental Association. The rollout to this new
DBA name and logo reflecting that change
has been happening gradually since April.
