Brandywine Chapter
The Brandywine Chapter concluded its year at the
Brandywine
Branch Distillery and Bistro
in Elverson. Riannon Walsh,
founding partner and master blender, gave an overview of
distillery’s theory and process of creating complex and flavorful
gins using centuries old practices and locally grown ingredients.
Chapter members and their guests toured the distillery and
sampled the handcrafted spirits.
Congratulations to Kevin Finn, Mark Edelson and Kevin Davies who
marked the 20 years since opening the first
Iron Hill Brewery
in Newark, DE on November 11, 2016. The company now has 12
locations in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.
Bucks-Mont Chapter
The Bucks-Mont Chapter officers and board were installed on
February 6 at
Earl’s New American at Peddler’s Village.
Central Chapter
The
Hershey Company
has named central Pennsylvania native
Michele Buck
as the new CEO of the company. She will take over
from outgoing CEO John P. Bilbrey in March. Buck is currently the
company’s executive vice president and chief operating officer.
Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course
hosted the
Central Chapter’s 2017 Installation Gala on January 23.
Keystone Chapter
The Keystone Chapter will hold its Officer Installation Dinner on
February 23 at the
Mountain View Golf Club
in Boalsburg. All
chapter members and their guests are invited to this evening of

Lehigh Valley Chapter
The Lehigh Valley Chapter celebrated the holidays with its annual
Holiday Dinner. Chapter members and their guests enjoyed a

will assume responsibility for the
catering program as executive director
of catering and purchasing. He has
been with LVRG for 20 years and has
held various leadership roles.
Northeastern Chapter
Kalahari Resort & Conference Center
will host the inaugural
Installation Gala for this fledging chapter on February 9 at 6 pm.
Northwestern Chapter
The
Plymouth Tavern,
Erie, will host the next chapter meeting on
February 28 at 4 pm, which will feature a legislative update from
PRLA staff and the installation of the 2017 chapter officers and
