QUALITY SUMMIT

his year’s annual Quality

Summit in Salem focused on

the theme “advancing quality

dementia care programming” and

was attended by over 200 Oregon

dementia care professionals.

Dr. Beth Nolan, Dr. Maureen

Nash, and Sarah Holland

addressed best practices for

staff training, effective falls

management, life enrichment

programs, and medication use,

allowing for more effective

management of dementia

residents’ needs.
