John Kitzhaber “His patience, fortitude, and ability to bring community partners together is what exemplifies his leadership.” - Greg Van Pelt, Oregon Health Leadership Council JOE ROBERTSON, MD MANNY BERMAN Joe Robertson, MD, was president of Oregon Health & Science University from 2006 until late 2017, the culmination of a 30-plus-year career at OHSU. Dr. Robertson was deeply involved in the State of Oregon’s health care transformation project, serving on the Oregon Health Policy Board since its creation in 2009. The nine-member board is nominated by the Governor and serves as the policy-making and oversight body for the Oregon Health Authority. Among Dr. Robertson’s many accomplishments was his incredible work raising funds for the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute and bringing the vision of a world class research facility to fruition. Manny Berman, joined Tuality Healthcare in 1983, and was named President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2013. He previously served as the organization’s Chief Operating Officer. Manny earned his Master’s in Hospital Administration at George Washington University in Washington, DC. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and served on the State of Oregon’s Health Policy and Research Advisory Committee on Physician Credentialing Information and the Oregon Hospital Transformation Performance ProgramMeasures Committee. He served on the Board of Trustees, the Governance Committee and Quality Committee for the Oregon Hospital Association, the Board of Directors of the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Directors of the Oregon Health Care Quality Corporation. Some of his most notable accomplishments were helping to support the Virginia Garcia Health Center, Healthy Start, and many other community-focused initiatives. continues 
