ABC SEMI Issue 4

A BC SEMI's Emerging Pro- fessionals program provides young leaders the opportuni- ty to network and build relationships with peers, industry experts and as- sociation leaders across the country and to learn from different per- spectives. In an effort to bridge the workforce shortage gap, the growth of young leaders has been a major focus of the construction industry.
