Jim Justice announced his appointment of James A. Dodrill as West Virginia Insurance Commissioner, effective March 4, 2019. Dodrill succeeds Allen McVey who was appointed earlier this year as Secretary of the Department of Administration. Important as we move forward on workers’ compensation solutions.
