The scholarship offers educational op- portunities to dependents of roadway workers killed or permanently disabled in work zone crashes, by providing re- cipients with financial assistance for post-high school education. Scholarships are valued up to $10,000. Applicants with a strong commitment to volunteerism may apply to receive an additional $1,000 Chuck Bailey scholarship.
