We are excited to reconnect at the upcoming New York State Dental Association (NYSDA) House of Delegates Meeting in Jersey City this August 13–15. This year’s annual meeting will be hosted by Second District Dental Society (SDDS) and outgoing NYSDA President Dr. Craig Ratner, who hails from Staten Island. We welcome all Second District members to help celebrate a memorable year, a memorable presidency, and by all means attend the social events with colleagues from across New York state. Extensive planning has been done to assure that all meeting and social activities are safe and comfortable for all attendees.With the help of our local arrangements committee chaired by Dr. Paul Albicocco, we have assembled a great program of social events to make this a memorable weekend. It all starts off with the SDDS/ RCDS Golf Tournament at Rich- mond County Country Club on Thursday, August 12. All levels of golfers are welcomed to join in on the fun at this fabulous course with breathtaking views and enjoy dinner following the tournament. Should you decide not to golf, you can just join us for a great dinner. The first scheduled governance session and reference commit- tee meetings of the House of Delegates begin Friday the 13th at noon. Later that evening, join your Second District colleagues as we play host to the entire statewide delegation for a welcome reception beginning at 6 P.M. at the Roof- Top at Exchange Place in Jersey City. Another day of the gover- nance session begins bright and early Saturday morning.
