The conference kicks off Monday, November 8 with Tom Bené, president & CEO of the National Restaurant Association, and Chip Rogers, president & CEO of the American Hotel & Lodging Association, as they reflect on the pandemic’s impact on the industry and discuss the road ahead. Monday night we will honor the contributions and achievements of industry members over the last year during the Spirit of Hospitality Awards ceremony. Tuesday opens with keynote speaker Dane Wysocki, a noted psychologist, who will demonstrate how humor contributes to building relationships, reducing stress, and achieving results.
