Reflecting on our tenure, we are profoundly encouraged by the progress and foundations laid. The journey of integrating DEI into OTLA’s core has been both challenging and deeply rewarding. Our leadership in these efforts has been a privilege, and we remain optimistic about OTLA’s continued commitment to these principles under the stewardship of future leaders. Our work has set a precedent for an inclusive, equitable and justice-oriented approach within OTLA, reflecting the true spirit of our mission and vision.
