In Oregon, this continuum of care is provided through settings that allow Oregonians to maintain their dignity, independence, and autonomy within safe environments. The continuum includes inhome care; senior retirement housing; communitybased care communities (assisted living, residential care, and memory care); and skilled nursing facilities.
