It covers the basics of banking, accounting and key ratio analysis, while also providing an overview of basic personal and business tax return analysis, loan structure, compliance training, C&I lending and commercial real estate lending. MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM April–August 2025 | Virtual Offered in partnership with the Washington Bankers Association, this program is designed for mid-level managers who wish to expand their managerial skills and enhance their knowledge of the banking industry. The program includes a variety of teaching tools on performance management, leadership, sales, communication, negotiations, conflict resolution, employee engagement and customer service. COMMERCIAL LENDING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM August–November 2025 | Virtual This comprehensive program offered in conjunction with the Washington Bankers Association emphasizes the entire commercial loan life cycle and provides participants with current lending approaches, an updated focus on key analytics and regulatory issues. Designed for bankers already in the commercial lending field who would like to strengthen their credit skills, as well for those credit analysts moving into commercial lending, students will learn what it takes to successfully compete in the highly competitive lending market. Best practices, case studies and exposure to industry experts will be included in the curriculum. FRAUD ACADEMY August 12–14, 2025 | Lexington, KY or Live-Streamed Offered in partnership with the Kentucky Bankers Association, the Fraud Academy is a pioneering initiative designed to arm bankers with the skills needed to detect and combat fraud. The unique program features insights from experts from law enforcement agencies, the AARP and the financial industry, offering a robust education in fraud prevention from those who know it best.
