NEWS & NOTES Bank of the Pacific’s Vancouver Location Relocates and Expands Bank of the Pacific has relocated and expanded its Vancouver commercial lending and mortgage office into a new full-service location at 400 East Mill Plain Boulevard, Suite 100. The new location will continue to offer commercial and mortgage solutions and now offers retail banking, checking and savings options and a high-tech Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). Bank of the Pacific Adds New Commercial Team in Lake Oswego Bank of the Pacific announced in January its growing presence in the Portland market with a new commercial banking center in Lake Oswego. The new team of seven is led by Katherine Ledson, SVP and commercial banking team leader, and Jon Little, SVP and commercial real estate manager. The team also consists of Anthony Tomashek, VP and commercial banking officer, Callum Auer, VP and commercial banking officer, Robyn Chan, senior credit analyst, Tae Kim, senior credit analyst, and Molly Schaefer, senior documentation specialist. “Our new Lake Oswego team provides opportunity for increased growth, portfolio diversification and presence in the greater Portland market. Oregon Pacific Bank Opens Portland Branch and Second Administrative Office in Eugene Oregon Pacific Bank opened the doors of its Portland branch located at 16101 SW 72nd Avenue, Suite 140 in Tigard on November 1. This is the bank’s first location in the Portland area, which will offer comprehensive relationship-based banking services, including business lending options, commercial real estate financing and cash management tools. In September, Oregon Pacific Bank opened its second administrative office located at 1045 Willagillespie Road in Eugene. This administrative office was established to accommodate growing operations and serve as a hub for many administrative functions.
