In this lecture we identify the key issues presented in denture making. The most important techniques and how to apply neurol-inguistic programming tequniques to your clients. We’ll end with the four key questions you should ask every denture patient. “What are the four key questions to ask every denture patient according to the lecture? List two ways to apply NLP to your denture patient treatment.” OBJECTIVES: • How to identify difficult dental patients • Tips and tricks for treating difficult denture patients from a prosthodontist • When do you refer your denture patients SMILE! Madelyn Fletcher-Stark, DDS Dr. Madelyn combines a caring, gentle manner with excellent training and experience. She graduated from Loma Linda University Dental School in 2000 and graduated from a threeyear dental specialty program of prothodontics at the University of Washington in 2009. She dedicated over 10 years to teaching dental students in Southern California. A few years ago, her family moved to Albuquerque, NM and she began practicing general dentistry and prosthodontics in the Northwest. She loves her children and her husband and the beautiful Sandia Mountains.
