Bank of America Four of New Jersey’s top high school students have been named 2024 Student Leaders by Bank of America. The students, all rising seniors, will have the opportunity to gain valuable workforce skills through an eight-week paid internship at a nonprofit organization in their immediate community, while earning competitive wages. The 2024 New Jersey Student Leaders and their host organizations are: Sheguyma Bazile, Trenton, Foundation Collegiate Academy (Mercer Street Friends); Nikhil Mani, Englewood, Dwight Morrow High School (Boys & Girls Club Hackensack); Jessica Navarro Davalos, Paterson, Eastern Christian High School (Boys & Girls Club of Paterson & Passaic); Lidia Roca, Orange, Essex County West Caldwell School of Technology (Boys & Girls Club of Newark). Kevin Casey Peapack-Gladstone Bank Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corp. recently announced that Kevin Casey joined the organization as a managing principal. Casey, now the head of sales and relationship management with the wealth management division, will lead business development, growth and profitability while supporting the Bedminster- based company’s wealth advisers in delivering client service and satisfaction to both current and future clients. Casey will also be responsible for expanding Peapack Private’s footprint through recruiting and the expansion of new business development opportunities. Leonardo Ramos Juan Santana Provident Bank Provident Bank is pleased to welcome Leonardo Ramos as Vice President, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Officer. Mr. Ramos is responsible for the execution of the bank’s CRA program and commitments to the communities the bank serves, while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bank's various assessment areas and carrying out executive leadership’s directives to achieve specific CRA goals and objectives. Valley Bank Valley Bank hired Juan Santana to fill the role of first vice president, corporate banking, and relationship manager for New Jersey and Rockland County. In his new position, Santana will be dedicated to acquiring and growing relationships with commercial and industrial clients, focusing on companies with revenues from $25 million up to over $1 billion. 29 bank notes
