Students were encouraged to explore employment opportunities within the bank, highlighting the diverse career paths available in the banking industry. 3SCHUYLER SAVINGS BANK NAMES KEARNY, NJ-BASED PATHWAYS TO INDEPENDENCE TO RECEIVE SBRG SMALL BUSINESS GRANT: Schuyler Savings Bank has announced that the first of its award recipients under a recent Small Business Recovery Grant Program (SBRG) offered through the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York (FHLBNY) is Kearny, NJ-based Pathways to Independence. Pathways to Independence is a social services organization offering program support services, pre-vocational and vocational opportunities to adults with disabilities. These programs provide individuals with disabilities the skills necessary to reach their optimal level of functioning, enabling them to earn an income and to maximize their independent living skills. 4TD CHARITABLE FOUNDATION TO PROVIDE $7M IN GRANTS TO SUPPORT INDEPENDENT LIVING FOR MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES: TD Charitable Foundation, the charitable giving arm of TD Bank, announced $7 million in available grants through its 18th annual Housing for Everyone grant program.
