Gender-Neutral Restrooms and Family Space In order to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all of our attendees, there are gender-neutral restrooms, which will be identified with signage. Your comfort, well-being, and safety are important to us, and we are committed to creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels respected and valued. Your family’s well-being is important to us, so we are offering a family space where you can attend to your family’s needs in a comfortable and quiet setting. We understand the importance of family and work-life integration and hope this dedicated, comfortable area allows you to be part of the conference experience while still taking care of your family’s needs. Please visit the NCSM Registration Desk in Potomac Foyer to check-in/out a key to access this space. Emergency Information Call 911 for any medical emergencies. Fire Code Fire Code regulations apply to all conference session rooms. Sessions will be closed when seating capacity is reached. Video and Audio Recording or Photographing Sessions Written permission to video record, audio record, or photograph sessions must be obtained directly from the speaker(s) before the session begins. The request must contain a statement indicating the intended use of such a video or audio recording, or photograph as well as your name and contact information. A copy of the request should be given to the lead speaker.
