This takes a team of experienced marketers and I’m excited to introduce you to the new members of our Team. Madeline Kronfeld, VP Marketing Madeline joined NAFCU Services in May 2023 and brings more than 13 years of strategic marketing experience to the credit union industry. She specializes in digital media with a focus on customer experience, audience personalization and brand reputation. Before joining NAFCU Services she was the Associate Vice President, Journey and Audience Strategy at American Public Education, Inc., an education service provider. Madeline earned her MBA from American Military University and Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Journalism from Shippensburg University. John Ross, Partner Marketing Manager John joined NAFCU Services in September 2022 with eight years of marketing experience and three-anda-half years of non-profit experience. He specializes in event marketing and design. Prior to joining NSC, he was with The Associated General Contractors of America as their Marketing Manager of Business Development. John graduated with a Bachelor’s in Marketing from George Mason University. Heather McPeak, Partner Marketing Manager Heather joined NAFCU Services in June 2023 with 10 years of marketing experience and six years in events and promotions. She specializes in digital marketing with a focus in customized campaigns and partnership retention. Prior to joining the NAFCU services team, she was the Marketing Manager for Miracle Method Surface Refinishing where she created tailored marketing campaigns for over 80 individual franchise locations.
