Hyatt colleagues can make use of the fitness center during their free time, giving them the opportunity to engage in regular exercise without the burden of a gym membership. Free subscription to Headspace for all staff. Headspace is an online platform that offers a range of resources to support mental health and well-being, including mediations, sleep music, and more. Wellness Week includes activities like walking around the bay, stair climbing, massages, mediation room, wellness speakers, daily healthy snack offerings in the colleague lounge, and more. Complimentary hotel stays allow colleagues to book up to 12 free nights per year at any Hyatt hotel.
