37 The Society of Association Podcasters (SOAP) LinkedIn group is still fresh, having launched just over three months ago, but it’s already becoming a lively gathering spot for the association podcast community. Created as a space for podcasters and listeners alike, SOAP serves as a forum for sharing promotions, feedback, and in-depth discussions. After talking with several association content creators, it was clear that our industry needed a place to connect, communicate, and collaborate to raise awareness and explore new ways to make podcasts even more valuable. So, how’s it going? In just the past two weeks, our 112 active members have sparked over 160 interactions—posts, comments, polls, and more! It’s a great start, but we’re just warming up. If you haven’t already, take a moment to join us on LinkedIn and dive into the conversation. Engage with the content creators: let them know what you want more of (or less of) and suggest a guest or two if you have ideas. Our community thrives on collaboration and engagement, and together, we can make it even stronger. Let’s go!
