Dave has been with the company since 2006 starting out as a manager and working up to his most recent position of regional vice president of operations. Philadelphia Chapter Fred Kaplan (PRLA Philadelphia, Bucks- Mont, Brandywine, & Lehigh Valley chapters) has been elected to serve a two-year term on the Board of Directors of MAFTO. The Mid Atlantic Food Trade Organization is a 501(c)(3) organization based in Philadelphia that raises money to promote the retail food industry through education and scholarships and donates to those in need. Congratulations to family-owned Ellis Coffee as it celebrates 165 years as Philadelphia’s premier local roaster.
