Vol. 42, No. 6 The Oregon Surveyor | 12 2020 Annual Conference 2020 Annual Map Contest Each year PLSO holds a map contest at its Annual Conference. Show us your skills this January for a friendly competition between surveyors. Freehand and machine or computer drafted maps and plats completed during the 2019 year are eligible for entry. All entries will be displayed at the 2020 Conference. Winners will receive bragging rights and prizes as follows: First prize category: $125 Gift Card Second prize category: $50 Gift Card Contest Guidelines: 3 Categories to be submitted: 1. Record of Survey for any Type of Project 2. Subdivision and Condominium Plat 3. ALTA / Topographic Survey Please submit one rolled paper copy • Maximum size: 24”x36” • No Identifying name, stamp or firm name to be included on the map • Title and Narrative must be included (noted for out of state entries) • One submission per category; one application per submission Limit Three maps, four sheet max per firm; Entries will not be returned How to Enter • Maps Must Be Received in the PLSO Office by 5PM Friday, January 18, 2020. • Complete the entry form below and mail it with your map(s) to: PLSO Survey Map Contest, P.O.
