We are exploring the connection between physician well-being, retention and recruitment of physicians, and effective health care outcomes. 2015 Physician Workforce Survey The 2015 Physician Workforce Survey will be administered from November to January, in concurrence with the 2015 licensing period. The link to the survey will be emailed separately to all MDs and DOs that have an active Oregon license with an in-state practice address. The survey is meant to understand the facilitating and hindering forces related to effective health care from a physician’s perspective. WORKFORCE SURVEY More specifically, the survey assesses impacts of state and federal policies, identifies potential shortage areas both geographically and by sub-specialty, and provides guidance to navigating through times of change.
