Nurses, administrators, caregivers, operators, and business partners were able to attend the keynote speech “Talk to Me! Quality Care Through Staff to Staff Communication” by Diana Waugh as well as breakout education sessions on topics related to memory care, requirements of participation, leadership, and much more.
