Registrants may make certain changes to their information and add classes by emailing narenas@nmdental.org as long as the changes are made according to deadline dates printed in this Registration Kit. Guest Registration Guest registration designations are for family members (non- dental)—spouses and children. They will not earn CE credits and will not receive CEU forms. Refund Policy To obtain a refund, submit a written request, (accompanied by all badges and tickets) to NMDA, on or before May 10, 2020. All refunds will be processed on or before June 30, 2020. Ticketed Courses The only ticketed courses are those that require an additional fee for participation (except for the free Risk Management Seminar). Use the Ticketed Events table (on page 12) and enter the code on your registration form. All other courses do not require a ticket. By attending the Annual Session you consent to the NMDA’s use and/or reproduction of for advertising, commercial, publicity or any other business purposes of the NMDA. CE Class Credits NMDA is an ADA CERP recognized provider. CE courses, provided by NMDA, are recognized by the NewMexico Board of Dental Health, other state licensing bodies, and the Acad- emy of General Dentistry (AGD). In New Mexico, CE courses must be “technical or scientific, as relates to clinical care” to qualify for relicensure. Courses are designated “technical and/ or scientific” or “nontechnical.” CE requirements differ from state to state, so please check with your state for specific requirements. AGD course codes and CE credit hours, are shown on each course synopsis. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to ADA CERP at www.ada.org/cerp. Electronic Handouts All course handouts will be available at the event site. They can be accessed for review or download on your mobile or desktop device. Once registered, simply navigate to the desired course and click on the “Handouts” tab. Then select the desired handout and open or download. CE Documentation/Proof of Attendance The NewMexico Dental Association provides credit for cours- es taken through CERP, the CE recognition program of the American Dental Association. CERP credit will be offered for classes that are attended and will be tracked for you using your individual log-in credentials. You will receive a certificate of attendance for all classes you attend for 75% or more of the class at the email address you provide. You may attend and receive credit for any classes you miss by viewing the recording on demand for 30 days following the live meeting.
