30 New Mexico Dental Journal, Summer 2018 MEMBERSHIP O.T. Rozzell August 19, 1926–March 26, 2018 Orvel Theodore Rozzell, "O.T.", 91, of Clovis, NM died Monday, March 26, 2018 at Retirement Ranch. A memorial service was held at 2:00 pm Monday, April 2, 2018 at West 21st Street Church of Christ with Larry Tittle officiating. Burial followed at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens. Military Honors were presented by US Navy Honor Guard. Dr. Maurice Waters, Dr. Richard McKinney, Dr. Jake Moberly, Dr. Jim Jennings, and Dr. Keigm Crook were honorary pallbearers. O.T. was born August 19, 1926 in Clovis, NM to Theodore Rozzell and Maggie Moffitt Rozzell. He married Lila Hedrick November 28, 1948 in Clovis, NM. He served in the US Navy during WWII and the Korean Conflict. After leaving the military he returned to Clovis and was a dentist until his retirement. O.T. was an avid golfer, he loved singing, playing the trombone, hunting, fishing, and traveling to Mexico to provide dental services for the less fortunate. His favorite hobby by far was flying. He was a member of West 21st Street Church of Christ. O.T. was a member of NM State Dental Examiners, past president of the NM State Dental Association, Eastern NM Dental Society, Kiwanas, and 32nd degree Mason at AF&AM Masonic Lodge #40. Survivors include: his daughters Diana Rozzell (Windell) Brent of Albuquerque, NM, Dana Rozzell (Norman) Kelley of Lakeway, TX, and Nancy Rozzell (Charlie) Rogers of Clovis, NM; six grandchildren, Randy, Ronald, Steven, Erica, Jennifer, and Jeremy; and five great-grandchildren, Ryan, Reece, Brylee, Brecklyn, and Braxton. He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Maggie Rozzell; wife, Lila Rozzell; brother, Jim Rozzell; and sister-in-law, Ruth Rozzell. O.T. Rozzell Obituaries
