7 Fall 2019 MEMBER NEWS THE 2019 HCAOAANNUAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE will focus on the things that home care providers can do to stand out from competitors and provide much-needed services to American seniors and their families. In other words, attendees will learn how to Be an Oasis in their Communities. Our program kicks off with a keynote from Pete Smith of SmithImpact, who will challenge attendees to recognize and follow through on the significance that they hold in their com- munities. Smith will explain how replacing fear with a sense of purpose unlocks boundless potential for an organization of any size. Throughout the program, attendees will find sessions organized into four tracks: Emerging Providers, Established Providers, Cultivating Quality Caregivers and Strategic Industry Trends. We close with a keynote from Lonnie Mayne of Red Shoes Living, who will reinforce his philosophy of leaning into what makes you different to realize the art of what is possible. We urge you to also take advantage of the opportunity to be amongst like-minded home care providers. A conference set- ting is an escape from your normal business and social circles.
