Bond combined a powerfully motivating program, and personal experiences to create a highly engaging keynote session. As a former college basketball player from the South Side of Chicago, who was initially overlooked by the NBA, Bond told the crowd that when he eventually tapped into a “peak performance” mindset, he changed his work ethic and became a professional NBA basketball player for the Dallas Mavericks. During his presentation, Bond shared stories, lessons and motivational messages that he believes spark superstars to success and move middle players into action. Day One
