ATSSA participated in Go Orange Day with a gathering at the ATSSA headquar- ters in Fredericksburg, Virginia. As part of that event ATSSA held a Facebook Live event where they shared the importance of roadway safety and what it means to them in their jobs and daily lives. “[Work zone safety] is not only essential to those on our nation’s roads but also the motoring public who take to the roads every day… It’s essential that workers receive the appropriate level of training and comply with their state and federal standards,” said ATSSA’s Director of Training Jessica Scheyder. For nearly 50 years, trained and certified workers have stepped into the work zone confident in their ability to stay safe because of the best roadway safety training available in the industry. ATSSA offers a dynamic and diverse selection of high-quality education, training, profes- sional certifications, products, and publi- cations for the road safety industry.
