Southeast Michigan Contractors  Issue 4 2018 5 CONGRATULATIONS! SEMCA student, Evan Battershell, was selected as one of the recipients of the AGC Education and Research Foundation’s Workforce Development Scholarship. Evan won $1,000 for this academic year, renewable in the 2019–2020 academic year.
