JULY 24 DIABETES CARE TRAINING COURSE FOR CAREGIVERS, VIRTUAL Diabetes management is one of the most common tasks of nursing in senior care. Nurses need their non-licensed staff to know the basics of diabetes care. In this training course, participants will discover the fundamentals of the disease process and effective management of diabetes. AUGUST 6–7 SOCIAL SERVICES CONFERENCE, VIRTUAL This conference will focus on ways that social services staff and social workers can build a toolbox of resources to assist them in meeting the ever-changing and complex needs of residents. With the recent revision to Division 47, this training will help nurses become more confident in the nurse delegation requirements, processes, and documentation.
